Unigel 270 BP, USP
(Pharma Grade)
UniGel 270 is pharma grade corn pre-gelatinized starch produced from corn under specific process conditions and parameters which comply GMP and FDA product standards.
Pregelatinised Starch is a cold water swelling starch and has a moderate solubility and viscosity. It has been chemically or mechanically processed to rupture all or part of the granules in the presence of water and subsequently dried and modified to render them compressible and flowable in character.

Application
UniGel 270 can be used in various applications in the pharmaceutical and neutraceutical industries.
It is mainly used as excipient, thickener, stabiliser, moisture retention agent, etc.

Storage : UniGel 270 should be stored in a cool dry place, away from strong light and high temperature. When stored under proper conditions UniGel 270 will maintain its declared specifications for at least 24 months.
