General Meetings
The Company has a Share Transfer and Shareholder / Investor Grievance
Committee of which Shri. Jaydeosinh J. Rawal, a Non-Executive Director is the
Chairman. The Company Secretary has been designated as the Compliance officer.
Formalities relating to transfer of shares are attended to at least once in a
fortnight. During the year, the Company received 20 complaints from the
Shareholders. These complaints were resolved immediately. There are no pending
complaints.
